The Issues, Crisis and Reputation Management course is designed for business leaders, communications professionals and consultants tasked with the responsibility of managing corporate and organizational response to crisis and issues that impact negatively on brand and reputation.
The course introduces participants to the global standards for effective issues and crisis management and communications and provides frameworks for practical application.
